This couple is on par with heesoo and dojun for my fav in this manhwa tbh. I love Byul but tbh Dojin and Hye-sung's relationship was just a series of mishaps that really shouldn't have happened.
P.S: I don't say this easily but Chowon could ruin my life any day of the freaking week. He is a problem but he's a good problem to have ahahaahah
Y'all can dislike this all u want but can I just say that both of us stans fighting is just sooo toxic. You guys were just as rude to taku stans as they were to u, if not worse.
I have (bitterly) accepted defeat but are u guys seriously gonna keep up with this?! Haesoo chose who he wanted. Doesn't mean that taku was worse than Joowon in any way
You win, but your rudenesss and simple lack or respect just ain't it for me
Taku was worse than Joowon in many ways lol.
Joowon genuinely loved haesoo and sacrificed a ton for him just to be happy, even wanting to support him when he was with another guy after haesoo manipulated and said a bunch of hurtful shit to him. And had the most solid character development too. Meanwhile taku was like this:
http://www.mangago.zone/home/mangatopic/9517513/ ~
Joowon’s actions at the beginning were driven by Haesoo’s manipulative tendencies to purposely make him jealous and angry and possessive. He was immature but he developed for the better and honestly I cant say the same for Taku (taku did develop, but not in the best ways). Also Haesoo’s narration was frankly unreliable because he was stuck on villainizing Joowon, when Joowon did genuinely love him but made some mistakes by doing what he thought would protect their relationship. He was also easy to sympathize with as he had abandonment issues from Haesoo leaving him after the divorce which pushed his actions.
The difference between Joowon and Taku boils down to their intent and motivations, and development over the course of the story. Thats why Taku is worse lol.
thats what i thought at first; especially ever since joowon stans became more populated and they started building a more sturdy reasoning. but unless you've been in the fandom since the start or if you're a regular in tiktok, you won't know that taku stans are the most immature, batshit crazy, petty, simp-addicting people out there. i'm done playing fair just to have "peace" in the fandom. if its a war they want its a war theyll get.
taku stans dont get to spit shit about joowon, especially when joowon stans dont even start shit about taku themselves. theyre always provoked. the fact that taku stans even went to the point of throwing death threats at the author just makes yall sink to the bottom of human decency. "rudeness and simple lack of respect" girl, you havent scratched the surface
Girl I agree with you so much. I love all the characters in their own way but I personally feel like Taku was the way to go. His character was sooo honest and realistic. My mind is drifting to the conversation they had then they first had sex. He was an asshole and did play games at times but I found him to be a much better person than Joowon.
But ofc we didn't write the story but I really wish for him to have a happy ending (even if the author doesn't end up drawing it out for us)
I love these characters so so much and seeing them grow and change actually gives me indescribable joy. But then i wonder if this really happen irl? Do most ppl really get happy endings or are those reserved for the privileged?
just from someone who's had their heart broken (not just romantically) one time too many.......
I actually don't get y'all. I know the guy's a nutcase but damn. like the beauty, the power and dominance in chowon is first class.
When he threw away the violin and basically acted bipolar during this latest chapter ngl twas overboard but he's interesting. He totally needs a therapist but so does hye-sung and we still love him.
Love my Chowon. I officially semi claim him .(Btw him and the beta guy look so damn good together like damn)
I'm so vexed I want taku to be endgame so bad. I don't hate Joowon but their relationship really just isn't it for me. I believe from the bottom of my heart that Haesoo would be happy with taku.
Plus Taku loves him SO MUCH. DID Y'ALL SEE THE BEAUTY IN THE PHOTO HE TOOK OF HAESOO. THAT'S LOVVEE
to be honest i don't think haesoo will be happy this way
it doesn't matter if it's with taku or joowon, he is not ready
i believe it's better for him to focus on himself, to get better and have a healthy relationship later
this story is making me remember Youjin, in the end the MC ended alone, the best decision possible...and i think Haesoo should do the same
but i'm not the one to decide, so
Ugh this chapter was a glorious FEAST for the eyes. Chowon is SO DAMN GORGEOUS. On top of that beauty, the power he displays in this chapter is so so so hot like I had to pause at every single damn panel.
I know we're suppossed to hate him but he just went into my MVP books as one of my fav characters from this manhwa. If we can understand hye-sung, lets understand chowon and hope for another 10 chapters of this masterpiece ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
I IMPLORE ALL THE STUDIOS TO MAKE AN FULL ANIME ADAPTATION TRUE TO THIS MANGA OH MY DAYS I WOULD BUY ALLLLLL THE MERCHHHHH
