    I think they did it but I happens sometimes that woman bodies thinks you have a baby if you want it really badly and it will have symptoms that normally pregnant women have even though she doesn't have one

    Also regarding the pregnancy, it might have been a phantom pregnancy since it went on for so long...since she was so obsessed with having an heir and taking all kind of herbs....I won't be surprised. Phantom pregnancies will have the stomach swelling
