Usually the cover of webtoons are very high quality compared to the actual webtoon. I don't think the webtoon "losing it's art quality", i think that in order to produce more chapters, they need to focus on the storyline and less on the art. And I think that's normal. I do see why people might get confused about this though...
Actually the art is not bad... the basic anatomy of the human body is generally respected... And although the art is not the most elegant, I quite like it!

Right? It's just the cover I think made some people expect too much but I personally think the art is decent, plus the anatomy did not become wonky which is nice. Furthermore, the art in the most recent raws looks actually better than the current one we have right now.
People should really always not expect that the art of the whole work is the same as the cover page because that's seldom the case. Cover pages are always drawn differently.
