I really wanted all three ML in extreme angst after Elle suicided. Gray, Ferir and Sion blaming themselves to some extent, and probably a brawl between Fenrir and Sion. I can't believe that there's no trauma in Elle's heart after his past life. Sadly, this manga avoided the main point, Elle being a Beta and not achiving happiness, and just changed to Omega, who every Alpha wants. Technically, according to world setting, any Alpha would want an omega, so Elle being paired with three of them can be rare, but probably not unique. He is desired because he's omega (though the backstory tries very hard to prove that each ML has a history with MC and they love him for him).
If the MLs had dreamt about the previous life, knew Elle's suffering, then tried to repent in some way, it would come to a whole circle.
Of course I love fluff, and their gimmicks are super cute. Just feeling unjustified for MC.
Read the whole thing in one sitting, and honestly, I find it quite disturbing. No matter how cutesie the authorsan tried to make it, the fact still remains that uke is not strong minded and got coerced into the relationship by seme.
The seme's family is judgmental and snobbish, yet seme thought it was fine to bring in the uke into this family without thinking from the uke's perspective. Imagine having in-laws who will always look down upon you for your "normal" status, and at worst mentally abuse you.
The seme is also not that strong-minded. He's actually trying to find an omega who matches his family's standard. Of course, he comes back to uke realizing that he genuinely likes him, but does he have the ability to protect the uke from his family's misbehavior? He doesn't. He wants uke to protect himself, that's why he went through all the trouble of trying to bring uke back to his confident character, calling it "healing". But did he ask for uke's permission in all these? NO.
This manga is not cute at all. Gives low-key predatory vibes.
