My memory isn’t good but I believe it was a manga so it was black and white, then the mc was i think an older man who became a vampire due to this woman (he used to date I think? Not too sure if they dated) then his younger coworker (who is a man) found out he was a vampire and wanted the mc to make him one as well this younger coworker was crazy also.
Also some scenes I kind of remember is later in the story these two younger boy vampires find the mc, and I think they were servants to the woman. And another scene I think the crazy younger dude jumped from somewhere high or was falling due to this other vampire that was looking for the woman, and I think the mc tried to save him.
I can’t remember if it was yaoi or not, but the younger coworker was very cunning and tricky with the mc.
