Heesung is a popular actor, and like many famous people, he's bound to have multiple relationships and, yeah, be horny sometimes. In short, Heesung was just a horny playboy before he met Yoon-gu. Two drunk people cannot give consent, so it's not rape. Are you guys stupid?! They were both drunk, so neither of them was in a state to properly express consent.
And let’s be clear: do you see Heesung physically or emotionally abusing Yoon-gu like Jaekyung did to Doc Dan? No!
