With all honesty, this did not meet expectations. It is cute and all.but it is not up to high standards. I seriously believe it could have been better than it was, but the family aspect is just so adorable to me I kept reading & will probably reread. Yet it's still kinda weird for your mom to be reincarnated as your daughter.
Wow another story were the punishment sucks and the character development is just the generic manwha writing. Burh they seriously need to stop making promising stories turn to shit. This is legit the 3 story in a row where it's all the same plot and nobody gets any proper punishment, it's just started skipping pages, it's just so bad.
Also, that lady is also a horrible creature. You told his fiance but not the saintess. Just shows you didn't really grow up, but just felt guilty and wanted to make yourself feel better. So all around the yandere that is suppose to be the worst character is somehow the only character with some common sense and actually not a bad person. While everyone else is just secretly horrible in one way or another.
What i tell you, she was a horrible person and maybe now she can actually do something about it and talk rather then follow others. She's still one of the worst fl in my eyes, but at least she's self aware, cause she still put expectations on him because of others and fear. So did you really love him or just the image of him?
I love stories like this when they are based off niche things like food, cooking, etc. So, I did enjoy the story when it focused on coffee and a bit of romance. However, to solve a genocide with coffee is crazy and her mom was a b***h, and there's no punishemnt for her step family. And how did the Prince save ppl from the witches when they were dumped there by their family. That ending part annoyed me, but would definitely read again and just buffer out the plotholes.
when i tell you i couldn’t stop laughing at the 3 ish chapter scene of getting to know more about witches only to solve the entire genocidal war of witches in about half a chapter (a war that’s been going on forman’s many years mind you) ii laughed my ass off because there’s just no way
Fr, it was a hilarious outcome for such a serious topic. Fantasy stories always try and pull some crazy stuff, but genocide over by coffee was to far fetched. I couldn't keep a straight face reading the last chapters.
Me either! i pretty much sped read those because it was so illogical and nonsensical that it damn near ruined the whole storyline. it was so unnecessary. if they wanted to do something like that it should have gone more in depth and started from the very beginning and the fl should have been an actual witch in hiding that fell in love with the duke guy at least the reasoning for everything would have made more sense especially if she tries to gain a foothold through public opinion with her coffee. so much more understandable like that.
I agree they had potential to do something better with the story then add nonsense and a rushed ending. I honestly wished it sticked to just being about coffee.
