Is it just me or did they remove quite a few chapters leaving only the magus ones? I remember reading much more elaborate details and almost finishing this story.

I checked another site (templescan.net , they always post their own translations and it's pretty good), and pretty much I can't find anything missing from the chapters released here
No I'm pretty sure it was this story, I remember that Killian went to buy shoes with lise and going into a very pink shop that typically suited Lise. Lise trying to get Killian's attention but instead noticed that Killian was bored. Killian looked outside and saw that second boutique where he bought gloves for Edith.
I also remember there being chapters where Lise wanted to go shopping with Edith just to trap her. I think the story was pretty much completed even. It had a bittersweet ending for the family. I forgot how to add spoiler tags so I won't go into detail.
I actually was reading the novel too and noticed they took some things out. It doesn’t change the story too much but it does make Lize and Cliff seem worse in the novel than here.
The chapter of Lise and Edith going out together hasn't come at all, we've just gotten into the yacht conflict. I'm pretty sure you've mixed it up with the novel
ive read the novel and cliff does seem more villainy in the manhwa. i think it has to do with the expression drawn on cliff. cos in the novel, and in the manhwa too, his words were more on the playful side and honestly seems to be jesting mos of the time. but in the novel he was drawn very sus that its hard to pity him (which sucks cos cliff is also a victim here, albeit voluntarily)
lmao this was my issue as well after reading the novel. at first im like this wasnt what happened exactly, i feel like smth is missing. where was blah blah blah. but then forgot that it was the novel not the manhwa where i read it lol
I suppose they post incomplete chapters in order to make people read the manga somewhere else. Too bad.
I wonder if there really was an "original Sherina" who died. Couldn't it be possible that Hera really reincarnated, but was only able to recover her old identity after a while and after sucking on the pacifier? In the beginning when she was tired she also blacked out for weeks only to discover later how much time she skipped. And there is the letter from her father who knew she would be able to cast magic.
