After reading the comments i got confused too. But for me, the seme did not lie. He did not shaved his pubic hair before he approached the uke. The last scene, for me, is uke's pubic hair was shaved. I think it is to show that no need for the uke to hide his small nemo. 'I dont think he should worry about that.' , as what his friend said. So, they shaved his pubic hair to proudly show his small nemo though he's still a lil embarassed when they shaved it coz his smiling at the last page while covering his under.
