Remember that Tristan is still under the spell of Ethan. So his mind is a bit clouded. Add to that, Wren is also capable of playing mind games as well and has practically bled him dry. Tristan will come through to do his part when the need calls for it.

Ethan had to do what he did. Going up against Matias is the only way that he and Tristan can ever have a free life together. He is very powerful and nothing like Matias has dealt with in all of his years of vampire hunting. My prediction: It's gonna be bloody and in the end neither Matias or Wren will survive however it's going to have consequences. Let's just hope they are small.

I read it many years ago and I have wonderful memories of it. It seems banal and almost silly at first but instead it develops into an enchanting plot. You made me want to read it again!
I have read it several times over the years. It was a very successful manhwa too. I always wondered why the author never did another story and was never heard from again. A shame too, he was very good at storytelling.
I am still waiting for it's side stories!(I think the author mentioned it in the epilogue)

First of all we're talking VAMPIRES here....they ain't normal on a good day so expect the worst...The actor loved Ira..Ira died...then he fell in love with Ethan, Ira's son. Where's the incest??? Ethan and the actor were lovers...sooooo? Isn't that why we read this stuff?
What Ethan did before Tristan is Ethan's business. What IS important is that the actor offered Ethan his blood which I can imagine getting blood from a Pure Blood vampire is a really, really, big deal. Ethan declines...Ethan splits..Present Day: There is No Tristan and Wren...Tristan saw Wren naked...whoopie. Wren is a vampire, he ain't normal anyway. Why do some people assume the worst of Tristan? Ethan visits the actor again and asks for the blood...and at what cost? He was half human and half vampire. Now he is ALL vampire. Ethan pays for the blood with a kiss... a small, insignificant price to pay for the magnitude of the gift and NOW he's branded a cheater??? Sorry but I don't see it that way. What I see is that Ethan has given up everything for Tristan.

Exactly. In the last chapter, Ethan begged for the blood...he got the blood...the actor asked for the kiss, Ethan kissed him and left. Where was the scene of them getting it on? The actor had just given up about 9/10's of his blood...I really don't think he would have been capable of anything except falling asleep

Ahhhh, yes this is what happens when people read more into the story than actually occurred. Tristan and Ethan really, truly love each other. Neither one is going to intentionally do anything to jeopardize their relationship. Guess you and I are about the only ones who feel that way...Btw, have you ever read "Blood Bank"? I highly recommend it if you like Human X Vampire stories.

i also don't understand why the author is doing this so late into the story. Like early on, it wouldn't have been out of character for ethan to do what he did but present day ethan doesn't seem like the type to do this without consulting tristan first...idk i hope the author fixes the pacing soon ;(
The little loud mouth punk seemingly got off the hook for the drug spiking...hehehe, Jin is NOT going to forget. The old fat fossil director is cooking up something nasty and Brandon(that is his name, right?) only wants ONE thing...that's easy, he wants Matthew Raynor. It's a turkey shoot whether Jin shows up for the graduation... 50/50. I really hope he does...but...this author is tricky.
