Major Nosebleed's Questions (2)

I can’t remember much of a manga, but one part that sticks out like crazy: Two salarymen are on a trip for work (I’m prett sure). They are awaiting the bus (I think), but one has to pee really badly and refuses to do so outside, so they go into a love hotel. The other accidentally traps the one who has to pee in a cage, so he has to pee in a towel. I can’t remember much beyond that, but it’s driving me bonkers trying to remember. Help, please!

I’m trying to remember a manga that I read quite some time ago. The only thing that I recall concretely is that there is a stubborn girl after the seme who refuses to believe he’s gay. She tries to tell the uke how much better she would be, but he replies with something to the effect of, “Yeah, but I give better head.” It’s driving me a bit mad, can someone help? Thanks!
