So guys, I'm really scared to watch the anime as the manga is already heartwrenching enough. Are there any important changes? At this point I dare say I'm okay with spoilers 'cause I don't what any banana fish vibe... And is the an official English translation so I can buy all the chapters if possible, it hurts waiting for update
As for the content of the movie... I've only watched the first part since I dont think the other two are out yet, but I can assure you that you can just go ahead and watch it. If you've read the manga, nothing surprising happens imo..

You should read it...it's very slow paced and angsty but it's has a superb plot with lot of innocent and breathtaking moments.
