Reading this chapter, especially today made me all sorts of emotional because not even two hours ago, I indirectly came out to my mom. Im pretty sure she thought it was a joke, but it still made me very anxious. She then proceeded to tell me something that made it sound like she probably already knew I liked the same gender. For a moment I thought about actually coming out but it's still too scary, even more when I know she'd tell my whole family. However, reading what Li Huan's dad said, made me feel a peace a bit. It made me very emotional though they were simple words.
It makes me very happy to see Li Huan come out to his whole family, and because of that Yang is gaining more courage. I'm still a bit nervous about his father though. I really hope things turn out okay.
