Lols exactly. This actually applied to real life, remember something like baby blues. Condition where mom would (probably) have (a bit of) inferiority feeling, whether it's about stress of taking care of the baby (crying in the middle of the night & all day long for every single day sure could make others insane) or about the husband's love (because they get paranoid, anxiety, jealousy easily when the 1 month after delivery. Not sure why, but maybe their hormones take leads.) + the mom's body (well, usually it would take weeks to get slim & it wasn't an ensured things either).
I think obsession is a good word to sum them up. They're craving for attention because they had to or forced to pour their affection to the other party. Exhausting as it is, I don't think that it's a good reason to trample on others.
