it's about two step-brothers, the older one is a brocon and the younger is very sweet and kind, then on his birthday he suddenly confesses to the older brother who becomes very confused and stars looking at him differently. it wasn't finished when I first read, don't know if it is now.

it's a bl, plot: two childhood friends who are also neighbours, one of them is dark haired and is in love with the other, which and keeps entering the dark haired's boy bedroom at night through the window to sleep there since his AC is broken, later the dark haired boy kisses/confesses to the other who he thinks is asleep but isn't so ends up finding out about his feelings.

- Killing stalking (I know this is weird but they don't get magically healed and their mental health issues are serious and actually portrayed quite well in my opinion. It is rather dark though.)
- Heartstopper (It is a comic but is absolutely amazing! It focuses more on the support side of mental health which is helpful to the characters but also the readers who may be going through or know someone going through a tough time. You can read it on Tapas)

-It Hurts (A webtoon where the mc is told he only has a year to live. Deals with the physical and mental side of going htrough it and the effect on the people around them. Not necessarily a mental illness but is still amazing at portraying the characters emotions and their struggles. You can read it on webtoon)
I know some of these arent exactly what you're looking for but all of them are good in my opinion. I highly recommend Heartstopper. It also deals with bullying and homophobia just so you know. I'm sorry I don't know many!

A super sweet comic about a boy who cant speak and a librarian, focusing on the progression of their relationship, their struggles and how they overcome difficulties e.g. communication. My heart clenches so tight whenever I read it I end up squealing because of all the fluff >.<
