The first time is was funny as shit. The second time, it was just irritating. I swear seeing and thinking about Akira makes me beyond sad, I can't believe how much I laughed at him...

I'M NOT INTO BOYS LOVE!!! Fuck, I didn't notice the shounen AI label... I mean as long as he is a girl I don't care(only because two guys don't excite me at all) but David kept doing things to Marlo when he was a guy and it was pissing me off(cause to me it's just not fun, I'm just not into it, even though I thought I could be, I'm not. There were just some rare cases I guess) I decided to look at the genres again and there it was! This is in fact Shounen AI or maybe it's not!!!! IT SURE FEELS LIKE IT THOUGH!!!!! Damn... It's just not fun when it's two guys(for me at least)

I wanted a situation where a boy turns into girl and falls in love with another guy(because for some reason their sexuality changes too) but it seems that this book would have just been a waste of time since I'm not interested in seeing the boys fall in love with other girls... I'm upset but from the pictures it seems the art got worse anyways(well... In my opinion) Thank you to everyone that informed me of the ending and sorry to those who were also disappointed or love this book(and its ending). But to all of you I hope happiness elsewhere or again.

So, uh... Is there a difference between BL and Yaoi? It's the same right? I kind of just want a straight answer instead of getting different ones. Is it that Yaoi is more graphic? Please just a simple, straight, answer...

In Japan, BL means both yaoi and shounen-ai. Any manga with two main male characters who fall in love with each other is referred to as BL. When I went to Japan to meet my cousin, she said no one actually says "yaoi" or "shounen ai" so it's more of a "west thing" she said. The normal term is BL because shounen ai is literally japanese for Boy (shounen) Love (Ai).
But outside Japan where Yaoi and Shounen Ai aren't used interchangeably, Yaoi is more hardcore and Shounen Ai more fluffy. But really, they're both categorized under BL.

Doujinshi is not a subset of BL, it's just fanmade or self-published work. Just like fanfiction or fanart. Doujinshi doesn't necessarily have to be about a couple and romance. It can also be about one person. Maybe you've only read BL-type doujinshi?

The way femininity and masculinity was portrayed I was afraid people wouldn't like this manga but... It was so fucking hilarious I loved it!!!! This made me feel some weird emotion I cannot Identify!!!! I'd like to thank the author for this book, I really should have not judged it by its cover like I did before. I'm just happy I gave in.
Or rather... Myself for reading this. Nothing to be ashamed of right. I'm just afraid of how graphic it'll get but I suppose it's better when they do it in a way that makes you laugh rather than trying to do it in a romantic way but hey WHAT DO I KNOW!? Not much really...
