I just think that I’d be concerned too if a minor 19-year-old was having sex with men twice his age. Also, the legality age dropped to 18 but at the time of the manga being published, the legal adult age was 20-years-old in 2022. This was published 2019 or before.
Either ways, MC was definitely coping in an unhealthy way. He craved physical touch, parental touch maybe specifically based on his brief family story.
