So the seme and uke meet when kids, fall in love but then someone goes after the seme and kidnapped them both(he's the child of a successful/wealthy family) the uke gets hurt in the process. Because of the trauma and believeing his love is dead because of him, he loses his memories (the details of "his omega" but not his existence entirely)
He's then grows up tormented, uses money to do what he wants and have sex with betas that could never replace 'his only omega'.
... Until this man shows up and asks to be his bodyguard, this man that is willing to do anything the seme asks. So seme assumed he was just money hungry, so the seme kept pushing him, making his bodyguard watch him having sex with his flings and clean up the after math. Pretty much from the get go (chap 2?) ML makes MC be in the area protecting him/watching and dealing with fling when done. Their physical relationship starts chap 7, but flings still going on. chap 18 is in the middle/ beginning of the fling rape, before having to be carried away, ML makes MC taking his spot (this sex is why MC bleeds from his hole) I also believe this is when ML starts becoming attached to MC and I believe it's that last fling ML had, and orders MC to take care of his needs instead

She definitely confirmed that MC isn’t celibate like ML, so he will sleep with someone else other than ML. So is it gonna be with the adopted brother? It would be best if it was with another man totally irrelevant.

1. Akemi and Itome are in a relationship as boyfriends, right? But Akemi participates in orgies and Itome too(?). Or just Akemi? Of course, clearly Itome isn’t fine with him being in orgies.
2. I assume Itome knows that Akemi loves someone else. This is fucking sad, take all of his misery and give it to Akemi or someone else. I get that Akemi is miserable too but I feel more for Itome.
3. It seems like Itome and Akemi will be endgame. If so, I hope Akemi grovels hard and regrets. There is no justification to how he treated Itome emotionally.
1) Yeah at the start Akemi is upset that Itome is only having sex with him instead of other potential clients, seeing it as him breaking the club rules. Itome seems to be okay with sharing Akemi on theory, but ofc is most likely hurt by it. Akemi doesn't seem to mind as he encourages Itome to fulfill his club duties (though Itome only bottoms for Akemi and nobody else)
Something I noticed that I don't know if other people talk about is how in the scene at the very start where Toono and Kashima were about to get their punished for not meeting the quota, Itome was the one restraining Kashima from behind. And the moment Kashima said that it hurts to see Toono touched by others, Itome let go of him. Makes you think....
