Those two panels alone, makes my hypothesis into a theory, based on well tested observations:
CLOSETED FAG WHO IS OBSESSED WITH MC SINCE FIRST SIGHT.
He also says internally with a snarky expression: “Oh he’s so easy to manipulate.”—he confirmed it.

It could be that he’s a closeted dude and is obsessed (not love) and hasn’t realized, or he’s just a homophobic asshole.

1). The current Nux is not pretending. The first Nux never knew Owen, Owen was one-sidedly observing him. The only Nux who knew Owen and pretended to like him was the one who grew up in a lab under Owen's supervision.
2). When Asangards (Owen's race) travel through holes in space they sometimes attract versions of themselves from other space-times. (Like a powerful magnet) This can also be caused by periods of emotional instability. (Might be wrong about this but this is what I understood so far.)
3). I think Nux loves all of them to some extent. He loves the main Owen the most, but he cares about all of them.
4). So far he has only proposed to the main Owen.

Owen's Species experimented a lot with space-time to create advanced technologies (like fast space-travel and time-travel), but while doing so they became contaminated and now their others selves from other realities are drawn to this reality, and they become one person with several bodies and personalities. (Owen tells Nux his 5 selves are still quite moderate, there are people in his Species with up to 15 other selves)
I think this was also the reason for their low birth rate, because all their selves have to fall for the same partner or something like that.
I don’t get how people are more mad that MC is flirting with other guys or borderline cheating when he has expressed being forced into the marriage + not liking the lifestyle. I guess I can understand why some are mad, cheating isn’t a great look if public finds out and they’re both or at least ML is famous.
I’m more surprised that little to no one is mad about MC not loving ML. Honestly I can’t tell if MC loves ML or not, in chapter 6 he did show some signs of falling for ML but shows tsundere behavior! He planned on divorcing but stayed with ML for a decade, continuing to.
I guess for me, I’m more concerned that the love isn’t mutual. In some relationships, people are poly so sleeping with others beside main partner isn’t the biggest issue. Issue is that these two don’t prefer same lifestyle. Not saying that MC prefers romantic poly but he clearly seems to want casual. There’s difference between casual no string attached vs poly romance.
I wish ML had found someone else that loves him back. And I wish MC left the marriage, but he chose not to divorce. Of course it won’t be easy divorcing, but he could’ve taken advantage of ML’s softness >:). I feel like ML wouldn’t force him by side if MC cried and begged.
ML also expresses his concern about MC “having unusual attraction to other people”— don’t know if he means other alphas are attracted to MC and comes onto him, or if MC willingly goes up and flirts which I consider concerning. I hope it’s the first.

I can’t help it! I wanna know cause I’m so used to reading stories wifh more depth, idk how you’re satisfied with some questions being unanswered.
Obviously it’s not healthy but seeing they’ve been together for ten years, I still wanna know what’s up.
Plus I don’t like borderline cheating, and forced marriage but I’ve already overlooked forced marriage since MC didn’t decide to fight it.
It got axed without the plot being long enough to resolve any of the issues in the situation. I keep coming back to speculate. But I am of the opinion that he has not cheated on his spouse yet because, as you stated, he was forced into this marriage and someone just doesn't change overnight.
After that mind-blowing sex MC had, he would be reluctant to pick someone else. And with ML having a short leash, he would have to go out of his way to be creative. The opening chapter was about some business venture that got his family into financial trouble? Maybe it's a club he starts so he can occasionally indulge. Our MC doesn't seem to be big into work so that's the only way I could see him trying.
But we only got a flash forward to being married for ten years. The ML gives off the vibe he would get the MC pregnant ASAP to solidify their union. I actually like how another comment was saying they needed to see all ten babies and my brain has ran with this train of thought.
Going along this line, we get the MC feeling crappy and trapped at first but once he is medically stable, they can continue to have the sex he likes and mocktails. So as he is learning what things he can control about his situation, including the ML who is willing to be his dream guy when they're together, I can see him getting rather comfortable with being pregnant and spoiled. And based on our flash forward, he seems to be an involved parent, if only to avoid the ML's clinginess. It wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility that he would continue to be pregnant and have babies just because both allow him more control over the situation. Oh, and they're loaded so they can afford a nanny and provide for that many kids.
We may have gotten a story where the MC matures and a ML who starts to mellow out from his life-long lazer-focused obsession. They could have grown more comfortable with each other and the flash forward may show us those two people. But we won't know because it ended before it got to get the ball rolling. It's best value now is speculation.
After the mind blowing sex, MC was tired and satisfied but that one scene where he wanted to go back to his threesome or more lifestyle felt bittersweet or sad. I wish the ML didn’t arrange this marriage, and I wish the MC fought the marriage but he stayed—10 years at that!

4. very very very bittersweet. essentially the characters both go separate ways, really without a proper goodbye due to the circumstances of their last meeting (car crash), and they never see nor contact each other again. they each work on finding their own happiness (jungkwon reconnects with his family, chisoo gives him his money back, and they move into a nice house debt-free; kangjin is in rehab for his injuries and is seemingly learning how to love himself and be happy) and though as readers we don't see them fully back to normal and completely happy, we can hope and assume that someday in the future they will achieve it. then we get a little side story with the actors who play kangjin and jungkwon

I don't think we ever get an update on roah at the end. he and jungkwon do make up after jungkwon saves him from the other gangster's house (the one with the drugs, not chisoo or yeonho). jungkwon explains how he was using roah to replace someone (kangjin) and he apologizes, and he tells roah that roah will find a better man than him and that he can always lean on him if he needs to. that's the last time we see roah.
I'm not exactly sure who kang is. If you're referring to kangjin, no, he does not end up with anybody. None of the characters end up with anybody, for that matter. Kangjin loves chisoo, and asks him to run away from the organization with him so they can be together, but chisoo is unable to do so. Chisoo can't tell kangjin that he will stop doing bad things, so kangjin tells him "I love you, but I can't love you" and they separate. Chisoo goes back to how his life was before kangjin (back to the "the organization is my family" mindset)
:( What a sad but realistic ending, sometimes it’s not always happy and fairy tale like where there’s a happy endgame. I do hope they all meet their respective partners. Chisoo with someone that I guess does gang life and can respect it, Kangjin with someone that doesn’t mind the status dynamic + loves genuinely, Jungkwon with someone of a similar background.
I hope Roah didn’t go back to the drug addiction, maybe someone like a friend. Honestly all of them needs a real friend before partner lmao.

1- Yes, cuz he wanted to have a cover but he always planed to have Ml's baby so he told the omega they will be three in the relationship.(It's as crazy as it sounds)

3- Yes, mc cheats, constantly during the relationship and ml is aware (mc doesn't even try to cover it but he just tops he only bottom for ml). Ml doesn't like it, he hates it, but he loves mc so much he just kind of lives with it.(At some point I wish he will just hate him cuz mc is too cruel but ml is a sunshine.
