Why is everyone so confused about the story lol? Lemme try to explain the questions I saw a bit from what I've understood:
"WHAT'S THE DRAGON THING ABOUT?"
-In the beginning we see a story about a dragon who turned back time when his loved one died. The 2nd prince has inherited the powers of the dragon, so he can turn back time.
"DID HE TURN BACK TIME?"
-So the 2nd prince was in a relationship with Lamia, but Lamia died before Spring came, which is why he's saying "I hope your Spring will come". This also means he turned back time so he could save Lamia. He said the spring thing twice so I think he might have turned back time more than once?
"WHY IS HE SHITTY BUT SOMETIMES NICE?"
-The reason he was so shitty before but now he acts nice is, from what I'm assuming of course, is because he turned back to a specify time so he can't change his past actions? So like, he was shitty and tried to kill Lamia's dad and herself + broke her brother's arm, but then he fell in love with Lamia and changed BUT THEN PLOT TWIST SHE DIES. So he turned back time but he didn't go all the way, so he couldn't change his past actions. Obviously he wouldn't hurt her family members if he was trying to gain her affection lol. He's trying to make up to his mistakes now so he went and saved her father. He sometimes switches back to cold cuz he can't change his personality entirely.
"WHY DOES LAMIA INSIST ON MAKING URI THE HEIR?"
-Lamia is trying to make Uri the heir because he probably is worse as a knight, I mean, the dude can hardly hold a pen how is he gonna hold a sword. This is her way of protecting her brother, as a duke he would have more power and people wouldn't be able to hurt him as easily, plus she'd have the support of her sister is she was a knight.
"THE MALE LEADS PERSONALITY IS SO SHITTY!"
-Lastly, the Male Lead has a "Super cold, crazy strong and unforgiving but has a super soft side for the Female Lead" personality so If you don't like those types of webtoons I suggest you don't read this.

Also, I think that the prince did not hurt Uri in the original timeline bc in the first one Lamia was the duchess. Idk why he would hurt him in the second time line but it was probably to protect Lamia from someone who tires to hurt her if she becomes the duchess

This is just my opinion but, I feel like currently she's relying on bribing people a bit? I wish she could have shown her strong points a bit more, I mean not liking jewelry/dresses/ML doesn't equal to being strong ya know? I'm assuming she lived almost her entire life with that bracelet so it's only natural that she knows how to use it and the bracelet is just telling her everything anyway so there isn't much for her to do ╮(￣▽￣)╭
I mean her body is still weak so I guess it's acceptable that she can't show her strength. ┑(￣ __ ￣)┍
my opinion is that she is very clever. Even with the information presented to her by the bracelet, she still is good in decision -making and knows very well how to use the knowledge she acquired. Also, correct me if im wrong, the bracelet 'arc' was purchased only recently. This was pointed out when she said that she was glad to purchase it on sale. Which means that it hasnt been with her for that long. She is also smart with words as she can easily pursuade people. Sadly, her body is still 'weak' considering that the original princess didn't do any trainings. I am very happy that she makes an effort on that as seen with the exercises that she makes rather than miraculously being physically strong. In no time, she will be a splendid knight.
