I have a question in case anyone here read both this and the novel and is currently watching the anime.
I see that are a lot of scenes in the anime that did not happened in the comic or happened in a different chronological order.
Anyone knows if the anime is following the novel in these parts or if these are original changes the anime adaptation did?

IS IT OVER???? they skipped so many arcs and changed a bunch of them (this one was pure angst and it's simply over like that???). they didn't even explained that Bai Yu and Fu Yan were lovers in the original life before everything they went through in the system to resurrect him. I mean if they want to end it, at least explain the minimum details, I'm sad...

He’s trying to save the dom. He’s purposefully trying to separate himself from the dom so that the yakuza won’t kill the dom. If the dom isnt a threat to the yakuza anymore, he’s more likely to walk out alive. He loves the dom so much that rather than possibly getting both of them killed by leaving together, he’d rather suffer and see the one he loves be safe.
