Honestly. It was an exhausting read. I read through the whole thing hoping it would get better since the rating is so high, but no. Jaerim literally went through hell and had to put up with so much shit the entire story and for what? Because Yuri is good looking? Fuck outta here.

Also the way the entire story had Jaerim having to prove that he could cut off his own limbs, kill his own blood, and eat blades for Yuri, to show he’s deserving of Yuri. Because the handsome Yuri being gracious enough to even look at Jaerim’s ugly face should apparently be enough for Jaerim to basically sacrifice everything for Yuri. Reading this just made my blood boil.
