Okay so I’m assuming that Adam and Isaiah were in a happy relationship, Eve (then Michael) wanted Adam and manipulated his memories of his relationship with Isaiah so they would breakup. Now Adam is free to be Michael’s (guide).
Adam used the artificial enhancer to guide Michael but eventually the side effects ruined his eye.
Isaiah is still probably in love with Adam since their relationship ended artificially and when Adam lost an eye he gave him his own.
Michael felt so guilty about how he was the cause of Adam’s pain and manipulated Adam’s memories again to make him forget and the destroyed his own memories of Adam so he wouldn’t seek him out and hurt him again.
Because somewhere in the chapter adam says he ran away from eve and his selfishness brought him back to eve again. So I believe that after their very first meeting eve became so osbssed with adam to the point he was very much has to be seen in front of him. Something triggered eve where he probably destroyed everything and went into shock?
It’s finally happening and the me from a month ago would be screaming in joy, but for some reason I can’t celebrate this?? I think I’ve just been so dissatisfied with the ML for the past few chapters that I fell out of love with him, and now I can’t even find happiness in them finally being together.
Once again, he was a coward and once again it was the FL driving the relationship forward (which in itself is not a bad thing, but for this couple I just want to see the duke do SOMETHING). Basically I’m still waiting for the duke to redeem himself before I can celebrate
ikr, i mean i understand he may need some time to resolve whatever it is on his mind, but leaving a woman hanging especially when you both know, even if it deep down in your heart, the feelings are mutual is just ridicilous. perry coddle him too much to explain how she felt, resolving his family's problems, and even waiting for him to make his own damn mind, she's too patient for her own good.
But it feels like they're still in the process of recognition themselves that it's love . I mean both care for each other, worry, jealous too and attraction , can't stay away from each other also
But still someone should knock some sense into them tell that they love eachother or .... maybe another way too
I feel exactly this way. It rubbed me the wrong way also how he ignored her and his reason was that he was afraid that if her plan didn’t work he wouldn’t be able to look at him the same. This is the same guy who literally killed her with his blood… and it’s not like anyone else had any better ideas on how to save him
Okay but Doha looked shocked when Bada said that thing about the cassette tapes being linked to memories and how he doesn’t want them to get swapped….. keep that in mind bc I feel like that’s going to come into play….
Also, the cousin has been suspicious for a while now, I’m sure Doha has bad intentions by killing him, but I also don’t exactly disagree either.
So in the end it wasn’t the ML that stepped up for the MC, but the uncle?! Can we just change the ML now? I’m so bored of the duke, he’s given us absolutely nothing.
I seriously don't understand the author. Like is this really the ML? It feel like the author is gonna use the fact that he is some sorta pitiful traumatised person who needs a woman to love him and teach him everything so he becomes what only the female lead can see. i hate stories like this. Like why? Is she barbara the builder? Why tf does she need to built a grown ass man into someone functional and bring out his potential for him? Why can a grown ass man not find the motivation in himself to do that for himself? And do that BEFORE he hurts the lead multiple times and makes her run so the loss of her is like some magic switch where he magically learns to suddenly do shit right.... (╬ ̄皿 ̄)凸
i hate this bullshit about dating potential. it is a very feminine thing. like bro are you a gardener who is cultivating a seed whose potential you can see? no? are you seeing a barren land that you want to buy, because you see great potential to built some amazing building on it and become rich? no! it's a fucking adult man. you are not his mom or dad who is raising a little boy and tries to help him find and express the best version of himself. his parents had his chance and fucked up and he himself seems to not think anything is lacking about himself in the way he is, or he would have ALREADY changed. humans don't change because of someone else. they change for themselves. even if a man changes after meeting a woman, he changes for himself. he does it because he wants her so badly (for himself), so he changes in a way that will allow him to attract her and keep her with him. he doesn't do it for her. but anyway. i hate this shit so bad. at least women are now already aware of this trope that ruined many real women lives because they thought they could pick up some dude and polish him into their custom made prince charming.
oh and if a man changes for a woman, he doesn't;t rub it under her nose, he doesn't show it. he becomes very self conscious about himself if he is a smart man and changes sneakily. initially pretending to be what he knows he needs to be for her to chose him and then slowly he really becomes that (if he is a good man and not some fuck who just wants to fuck her).
I actually like that they’re showing the past when Micheol was good.
It shows us why the MC stuck with that trash for so long. It shows that she’s not some dumb love struck girl who was chasing a man who never gave a shit about her at all.
At one point HE was the one who would do anything for her, and from her situation, I can see how that would build a lot of trust, even when everything has gone to shiit.
Idk, I feel like I can better understand HER character by being able to see how she viewed him.
ate with this analysis
love this comment. i hate when everybody's throwing hate at the author because they showed mincheol's past like
