I can understand that it might be difficult to wrap your head around something like reincarnation or soul transmigration, etc - what i can't understand is how you can raise this kid for what, 13 years or so, and honestly question whether he's really your son or not just because his soul happens to be recycled...

Arthur's confession here CHANGES NOTHING - it might explain a few things but it doesn't change who he is or whether he's your son or not. this child you raised (as with all children) is who you raised "after he was born" you didn't raise his soul before his birth.

I dunno if King Grey's soul is one that replaced the original soul or if the child had no soul until King Grey's was placed inside it - that's a discussion for another time - the point is you raised him "since birth" at which point King Grey's soul had already become Arthur, your child!

This is the only issue I have with this story, his parents freaking out about him being a reincarnate really makes NO SENSE and kind of annoys me.
