It will be hard to read after reading some of the comments, if the ML is such a black flag I don't think I want to see the cute and kind mc to suffer. Too bad though, I really like the art so much.
The last panel, is the mc really in the hospital and not in some dungeon( I am hoping)?

You have to go to a place(school) where you are being bullied constantly).
Not everyone one can have a knight in shiny amour(like the ml) to rescue them. This is the best possible ending.
I almost stopped reading because it's just so sad that it made my heart clench and tears fall but I am glad I didn't since there is a good ending.
I am actually sad now the story has ended.
I hope there are side stories...
