(this is going to be a long message) Honestly i feel so betrayed by that one very avoidable scene, I have no clue what the author was thinking including a r@pe scene and then just brushing over it??
Like didn’t the Divine Doctor mention another way??? I know she said it was impossible but seriously with the MC having Nano there ain’t no way that he wouldn’t have been able to do it, after all, he makes the impossible possible so I don’t understand why the author went with this route of all things.
I still want to find out about the Six Blade School so i’m mentally re-writing the scene, because I feel like it could have gone as follows:
Cheon Yeo-Weon was hesitant to take the route that the Divine Doctor (DD) said was the ‘only’ solution, after all, was there not another way that the Doctor mentioned? He was aware that Moon Gyu was okay with him doing this, but it felt wrong not only did it feel like a betrayal to Moon Gyu, but also to his vow of only taking one lover, plus taking a women who was in pain and unconscious did not sit well with him.
‘There has to be another way, can you find a way Nano?’
Nano’s mechanical voice grated in Yeo-Weons brain.
“There is a way Master.”
‘Tell me.’
Nano began to describe the process of blood transfusion, citing that the medical technique could be repurposed for Qi circulation. Chen Yeo-Weon asked for Nano to transfer the information.
“I will treat your daughter”
The father of the woman (i forgot their names), pressed his palm and fist together, bowing in thanks. Out of the corner of Yeo-Weon’s eyes Moon Gyu’s face dropped slightly, but soon recovered know she had given him permission. Sending a telepathic message to Moon Gyu, her face lit up and she gave him a small smile.
‘I know you can do it’
- and then the next scene would basically be the MC exposing the woman's stomach and placing his hands in the appropriate places to avoid her from dying from Qi overload or whatever, and above where her – uterus would be, and asks Nano to help him hone in his Qi to reach the pressure point (?) and then the next scene he is busy circulating his Yang energy into her while extracting her excess Yin energy with the goal of creating balance within her and then the rest of the scene goes as it does in the manhwa, (and so it can be a bit more of a point of tension where he’s trying to circulate the Qi or energies properly that he can review later/ also nearly go with Qi deviation and thus has not only a layer of realisation from this circulation technique but also better knowledge of how to balance Yin and Yang energy in himself but ALSO in others which could come up later in the plot or something?? and maybe with like body strengthening techniques as well so it still follows that plot point after THAT scene)
with a bit at the end where Heo Bong or something mentions it as like a wink wink thing OR the father when she is on the bed and he mentions marriage because they ‘slept together’ in which she’s like “Wtf are you taking about, we did jack shit” and some how the DD hears about this and is like “how the fuck did he achieve that??” and then that can be another scene altogether and maybe in turn she reaches some sort of enlightenment when the MC details what he did back to her or somethin.
THERE WAS NO POINT FOR HER ONLY TO JUST BE A LOVE RIVAL REALLY RUINED THE WHOLE DAMN STORY FOR WHAATTYYYY Bubly
I KNOW!! like I genuinely cried out of anger and sapped up all the enjoyment i got from this manhua - AND! If anything it would've spiced up the story if she did die, since everything at the moment seems to be going well for him in the end so it would've been interesting to see how he deals with the aftermath of failing to safe her ( ̄へ ̄)

I KNOW, AND I WAS LIKE "OMG, WHAT A GUY DOING THE BARE MINIMIMUM OF STAYING LOYAL, LOVE THAT FOR HIM (genuinely)" AND LIKE?? HONESTY PROBABLY WHAT MAKES ME THE MOST MAD IS THAT IT FELT IDK OUT OF CHARACTER FOR HIM TO DO THAT?? SINCE HE DIDNT WANT TO DO IT THAT WAY TO BEGIN WITH SINCE HE LITERALLY ASKS FOR THE ALTERNATIVE!! mad that the DD didnt just say what it was regardless of how impossible it was -- and who knew that Heo Bong foreshadowed the MC doing that, cause i was relieved when he rejected the idea BUT THEN THE AUTHOR DECIDED TO GO WITH IT ANYWAY, part of me thinks that the only reason why he did it was because Moon Gyu was okay with it, kinda wish she was like "you can do it but i wish there was another way :(" so the MC is like "oh no, i dont want to make moon gyu upset, i will find another way" or something AAAAH
YOU KNOW THE CRAZY PART WAS THE EPISODER AFTER IT SHOWING HOW THAT DAMN WHITE HAIRED BITCH HAD FEELINGS FOR HIM AND ITS JUST THE AUDCAITY OF THE AUTHOR TO RUIN IT LIKE IT WAS SO GOOD UNTILL THEY ADDED IT LIKE LITERALLY NO ONE ASKED FOR IT

LITERALLY, and like the scene literally served no other purpose that to introduce another love interest (WHICH WASNT NEEDED - IT LITERALLY ADDS NOTHING TO THE STORY) and for the MC to get even stronger, and what really bugs me is the fact that MC never talks to Moon Gyu after what happened to see if she was alright ?? Like i thought you liked her lmao, i probably wouldnt be as mad if that scene served more of a purpose on a character level rather than a plot level (if that makes sense) with more to do with relationship dynamics between Moon Gyu and the MC might become strained where the scene serves MORE of a deeper purpose (would still be so mad about it tho) than to be what i can only assume to be fan service

IT MAKES NO SENSE FOR THE MC TO GET STRONGER FROM THAT. HONESTLY I NEVER READ AFTER THAT CHAPTER BUT THE FACT HE NEVER TALKED TO MOON GYU AFTER IS EVEN MORE CRAZY ESPECIALLY WHEN SHES PRETTIER THEN THAT WHITE HEADED BITCH WILL EVER BE AND TO ME IT WOULD JUST MAKE NO SENSE TO STRAIN THEIR RELATIONSHIP WE BARELY EVEN GOT TO SEE THEM TOGETHER TO BEGIN WITH
