I actually enjoyed season 1 a lot, especially since I’m not a fan of when plots get drawn out unnecessarily long… only for season 2 to do exactly that. Did they ever once actually properly communicate their problems?? I understood Joon being anxious about Doha liking him back after all those years of it being unrequited, to an extent tho. He never once talked to Doha about how he was feeling and why he was feeling that way. Then Doha just kept getting upset over it, rightfully so, only to just accept it as punishment for not liking Joon back sooner? Not only that, but I mean I enjoy smut as much as the next person… but in moderation. There was more smut than actual plot and this story was in DESPERATE need of plot progression and character development

Funnily enough, more often than not, I actually enjoy second leads who threaten the relationship. Occasionally, I prefer them over the male lead but know that it’ll never happen, though most of the time I just like to entertain the thought for sh!ts and gigs.Junseok. That being said, Junseok is one second lead that I could. not. stand. Every time he said/did/thought something, I swear I rolled my eyes. It wasn’t as much angsty as it was frustrating to see the misunderstandings spiral. However, still a good read, in fact I read it all in one sitting so idk what that says about me lol
Yoogun sure is pissing me off yet here I am eating this story up. I need more of this dynamic. I love an orange flag ML, especially in this sea of actually abhorrent red flags. I especially love a good enemies to lovers. What I need now is a desperate chasing arc from Yoogun, like Third Ending or even BJ Alex. After everything he’s put Kihun through, I wanna see this man GROVEL. At this point I don’t even know my tastes in manhwa anymore bc why does this have a possibility of becoming one of my favorites
oops I mean kyuho, not kihun
