I read a manga that had that happen in it and I was just thinking the same thing!

Nah, I think she is just a spoiled brat who thinks the world revolves around her. And who is starting to get really bothered by how Latte stole Armin from her.

I'm only guessing. I haven't read the novel or seen any raws.

I mean, it's pretty obvious by Ibelin's behaviour in the past few chapters that she is jealous of Latte.

I think that at first Ibelin was happy not because she got a female friend, but because she got another follower. As soon as Latte's attention stopped being all on her (when Latte was too busy running around to see the stuff happening or saving the background characters with ridiculous names) or helping her look better in front of the fishes (when Latte and Keith kept fighting for Ibelin's attention or when Latte was in danger and Ibelin got to pester Keith to go make sure she was fine), Latte was no longer someone Ibelin cared about. And once Armin officially stopped caring about Ibelin, she cut Latte off.

Of course, if Ibelin was a reincarnator, she could be one of those annoying ones who think they own ALL the love interests, and then all this jealousy would still make sense. But I don't think so. Mostly because she didn't seem to find strange that Latte, who was not anyone important in the original novel, was talking to her and wanting to be her friend. Even though the original Ibelin didn't have any female friends. Plus she knew exactly what to do in order to get attention when she wanted to (all the moments Latte thought it was weird that Ibelin was actively using her many skills to be able to stand out). Most reincarnated heroines, specially in light hearted stories like this one, don't know how to behave like a person of the world they got transported into and act according to our beliefs and social rules. That was not the case for Ibelin.

And of course, I could be wrong and Ibelin could be a smarter than most heroine, but judging by @Okarisu's reaction to my comment seems like I'm right.

Oh dear, I unintentionally spoiled it, hahaha. That being said, just because her motive is petty doesn’t mean she’s not smart and gonna make it interesting for us.

Technically that's the past life so it hasn't happened yet, I'm not saying that what he did in the past life is worth forgiveness but I won't judge him in this current life based on his actions in his past life. I'm just waiting to see how he does in this life or if history will repeat itself. I mean Aristia has already changed a lot of things from the past be trying to change her future and that includes the prince's actions towards her so I'll give him the doubt of the benefit and see how he reacts.

Maybe but if you were in her shoes and you remember that he killed your family and imprisoned you without even investigating properly would you forgive him? If it was me, never!

Technically it's not him who killed her and her father. The prince that we see here is just a child with the potential to become a complete asshole

People seem to think that abusers just somehow become assholes. Nope. Azef from The Villain's Savior had a traumatic past but he didn't hurt people who had nothing to do with his suffering. The only reason the bratty prince changed was because Aristia changed. If she hadn't changed he wouldn't have. The abusive a-hole is still lurking in there. It's exactly like in real life. Kaythanks. Nope. He changed because of her. That's WHY he shouldn't be given the benefit of the doubt. if someone can't change on their own any changes they make are just a facade. And he was already an asshole to her in the present life. He KNEW she was afraid of him but still felt self righteous in accusing her of lacking proper etiquette. And there are other issues that have cropped up, with him, in the current life, as well. Tx.

But you also admitted that the Prince changed...
Maybe you don't like the fact that he changed because of the new aristia. But that's how it works... The people around you change the way you see life.
The current Aristia showed the Prince something he didn't have the chance to see previously and sus became another person. Would it have been better for you if he had become an asshole again? Regardless of who is surrounding him? I know that destiny exist in this manga but Aristia was given the power to surpass it.

May you be kind enough to point où what I actually missed? Maybe it is the fact that it's impossible to forgive the ass who killed your father? I was answering to that when I said that this ass doesn't exist in this time line so I doubt you were speaking about that

At last, and because it's bothering me a lot, may you stop writing thx at the end of your comments as if you were gifting us some your knowledge? It makes me feel like you actually think that I am a dumbass that could never fanthom being your equal.
Now that I think of it, it would explain why you don't think that the Prince can change because of the way Aristia is treating him. (which had never ever happened to him)
