If a teacher ever approaches you in an odd way, please do tell your parents / another teacher / an adult you trust. While the story portrayed here is cute and heartwarming, it's just that: a story. It should stay that way.
Aside from all that: It's a very cute story, which I've treasured for years.
I was honestly thinking the same thing. As much as I love the story and keep coming back, I cant help but think how unsettling this can be in a realistic setting. I cant imagine myself falling for a teacher let alone a teacher falling in love with the underage me. It’s a little too uncomfortable when you stop romanticizing it.
Apart from how lovely of a relationship they have, it's amazing how the author portrays how to handle people with dementia. (Basically you play along with their plans and don't call them out etc.) That's rarely seen in media, and I definitely didn't expect it in a BL! Can't wait for season 3
