Meant to like it my bad

I don't see the "pretty good" part. We have the advantage of having Solo Leveling to compare it to. The plot moves a lot faster. The mc is far less developed. The mc just suddenly has confidence and fighting skill even though he was terrible at everything before. He's doing dungeons solo that normally require parties without us seeing him getting any stronger from the first chapter. The fights look unimaginative without a proper feeling of motion to the characters. And a good example in this last chapter: he -says- he's still hurt from the ice golems and how hard the fight was, but you don't see him struggling at all and he doesn't have a single scratch on him. And the list goes on.

I mean, I don't blame people for wanting to read this manga. If you like it, all power to you. But this is in no way a -good- manga. Average at best, and out-done in one aspect or another by others. (especially solo leveling)

I agree with you. It’s like the MC so OP overnight just because he didn’t have money. The author didn’t describe the mc loser enough And yup, the mc’s developments are too fast. Except the good drawing, i don’t see this any better than solo leveling (solo leveling is my favorite tbh)

Even the art isn't especially good imo. There's so many chinese (i think?) manga with similar or better art that this is pretty much standard.

I 100% agree. I am trying to say from a non picky perspective if we aren’t comparing to solo leveling which has an amazing plot and interesting characters there is some qualities that aren’t bad in comparison to the other mangas out there. Though honestly it can’t even shine a light to the godliness of solo.

I always read these stories expecting it to be similar to others stories I have read. They almost always end up being really good since they put something unique to it that make it endearing.

This is the first one that I have considered just dropping immediately. He just suddenly became overly proficient with his skills when he was supposed to be a weak healer. He didn’t even undergo training...there was no explanation...not even a sudden surge of knowledge...nothing!

I might just follow one of the advice here to just pretend I am at chapter 50+ already or I can see where the story goes. If it pulls another hocus pic us though, I dunno anymore.

I wouldn't kill for justice. But I wouldn't mind a few Dexters out there taking out the serial killers and other brutal shits who keep evading the law.

I would rather have them rot in jail for the rest of their lives but tbh I'm not mad if they get killed instead, not by me tho I can't do it

lol not that I vote for killing, but I don't feel bad that this raper finally got to suffer :)) I feel bad for the victims though, the rape scene was honestly the most triggered and distressing thing I've ever seen, and I'm not gonna hide, I watched a bunch of rapes before, and this by far holds the record :'>
