Ok, as many guessed, it was her brother who turned back time. Her brother was employed by the male lead (white hair guy) to work on ancient language translation stuff and a black diamond(I don’t know much about that). And by doing so, he found a way to turn back time and sacrificed himself for his sister. In the current timeline, he has become a guardian spirit which I think is the wolf but I’m not 100% sure. Essentially, best brother ever. Also, the white lotus villainess married the male lead in the past but it was a contractual relationship and the marriage was never consummated.
