I doubt it'd happen but like man, since this is a cultivation webcomic, why not harem lol? All the straight cultivation novels be like that, so why not a BL cultivation webcomic. I just can't ship the green hair pedo with Shu San.
MC should be with Yin AND Shu San damn it. So no one is sad (except the pedo. Screw you!!!)
I don't get why the author made them reincarnate and have memories of when they were 18 from their past lives. Their reasoning and actions make them seem like actual 5 year olds. It's only on random occasions do they go, "oh, we're actually 23 inside". But nothing they do or say even indicate a maturity level of a 23 year old.
First off, I would like to remind people that this is a story, the author can write it however they want.
Second, Yes, they are physically children but their souls are much older. So tell me, if you were born and raised by an abusive mother, whom beat and tortured you for your entire life, would that not effect your mental health? If you were aware that you are being tortured and abused but could not do anything about it Because you were a weak child, would that not effect your mental health? People's mental wellness can deteriorate over time if they do not stimulate themselves. If you are just going day by day, wondering if you're going to get beaten that day or if you'll be able to get something to eat, that takes a toll on you. People can only be mentally strong for so long before they tire out. We can only take so much stress on our own before it starts to effect us and we need to seek out help. But what if there is no help to be given?
I'm sick and tired of people judges the MC's for being childish even though their souls are that of an adult. Like they went through more than the average person does, not to mention that they also had to come to terms with their death in their previous life.
Idk if any of this made sense, I'm tired.
My point wasn't that they're childish. My point was why make them 23 if that doesn't even play into the story. I wouldn't mind nor question if they were children or act like children if they MCs didn't keep throwing into our faces their age.
First off, since they were abused, i find it very frustrating that they trusted the Duke, the Duke's son, and Riolu sooo quickly. You would think they'd be more wary considering their past. But the author hand waved that because they are children. Children are more trusting and they were starving for allies. And yet these are adults. Why still so naive? Perhaps the novel is better, but there's just so much inconsistencies of their characterization.
I'm only on ch8 so maybe it'll be clarified later, but I'm a little confused on what's happening. The story seems to jump back and forth between the past and present. Can a kind soul please help?
So far this is what I currently understand:
FL is the bastard daughter of the marquis that he fathered with a maid. The FL was badly neglected by the father and the rest of the servants. Bc the marquis owed a huge debt to the Duke, there was an egangement between the FL and Valer. It seems she moved in to live with him at Witash since they were children. After all, she was engaged to him so had to learn the ropes of a duchess. However, he went to war and before leaving for war, he actually threw a signed annulment paper at her. When he came back from war, he still didn't want to marry her. Rather, he still treated her coldly while he being friendly and considerate to the other peers. While attending a party as a representative of Witash (the Duke himself did not attend) she overheard the Emperor talk about the criteria he's looking for in a wife?
Then Lady Eustace went to their home and they had a confrontation. After seeing how Witash refused to listen to her, she signed the annulment papers. She returns home and attends the party where she thinks the ML will be and then propositions him?
I THINK i got the timeline right?
From what I can tell, Benji is Gaston in this beauty and the beast retelling. However, Benji is a more sympathetic and nicer version of Gaston. The only reason I say they're similar is that Benji is really determined to be the knight in shining armor and saving his damsel in distress, even though she clearly said she doesn't need saving. His heart is in the right place and he's not forcing her or anything, but he's also not hearing her. She's not asking him to save her or get stronger for her benefit, but he's doing it anyway.
I can't read a smack of Japanese, but from what I read, looks like that's a positive direction in their relationship.
Looks like Rio has a childish possessiveness on the uke. He's sorta like his uncle in that regard, but he's less obsessive/domineering.
(P.S. I bought the raws. If you want to spend about $6USD, let me know and I'll send you the link of where to buy the raws. I don't have links otherwise).
In order to read Ch 4 and 5, you'll need to buy August and September's issue:

I don't mind slow development but they just spend 3 chapters for one scene. And it was just her in bed wondering what happened. I hope the rest of the story moves at least faster
