In Japan, do you really need to make an appointment with counseling and follow-up to get a tattoo? O.O
From what I heard in japan need to have like a certificate to do tattoo. Like how doctors gets licence and such. Yeah I just heard that from pewdiepie's video when went and got a tattoo in japan :3 (atleast how I understand 'cause I was playing while listening to the the video as a background noice)
Everyone defends Yagisawa, but didn't he attempt to rape Maki in chapter 4? I mean he had him pinned to the ground crying and begging him to stop, and fingering him against his will when Haruya came in.
Now, I'm not crazy about Haruya, but Make was just a stupid innocent kid and that kinda turned me off Yagisawa. He was wronged, but he shouldn't be allowed to act like that and have people say he's the good guy here.
I really love this yaoi, it's one of my absolute favorites! The uke is super adorable and the seme is really a good guy to him. It makes me feel fluffy inside. :-3
Does anyone have any recommendations of yaoi similar to this one?
They're such a wonderful couple! I know some others that you might like:
1. XXX Allergy by Hinohara Meguru
2. Eigyou Nika by Kanai Kei
This is one of my top favorite manga. The seme is so sweet, funny and supportive. The uke is precious and oblivious, at the beginning he gives this cute little speech about Toujou-san and says things like "It looks like it'll be really fun being with him. I want him to kiss me lots. Not just him kissing me, I want to be the one to do a lot of things to him, like biting him sweetly, I want to do so many things to him." Then he's sitting there like a sad panda because he's convinced it'll never happen, and Toujou sees him not knowing what he's thinking about, he assumes Ayumu is just tired/ill so he makes him rest his head on his lap. Waaah they're too much!
3. Liquor & Cigarette by Zaria Ranmaru
4. Chotto Matte yo Hanaya-san by Machiya Hatoko
You're welcome, I hope you enjoy them! I do like some dark manga, but eventually I just want to read something that will make me smile and shows a healthy relationship, you know? It's way too hard to find! If you want to see more cotton candy moments and you don't mind possible spoilers, I also have an album of approx. 200 images of G/PG pure fluffy cuteness. I titled it simply "Adorable". (⌒▽⌒) I can't promise that all of the images are from entirely light-hearted manga, but the selected pages are really doki doki parts.
I really like this yaoi, but am I the only one who's upset that Yagami got exactly what he wanted? He was responsible for Shigure's death, was a manipulative asshole to Haru and essentially forced Yuki back into the Yakuza life because of Haru and he got to be the group head. He not only didn't get any retribution for his actions, he got exactly what he wanted. It really bothers me.
Yagami wasn’t responsible for Shigure’s death. He only cares for power. He hasn’t made it to be the group head, though. The group head is that Mihara guy mentioned in chapter 6. Originally Yagami wanted to make Yukitaka his ally to aim for that position or at least to get a higher position under Mihara. Yukitaka agreed to make a deal with him to set Haru free. Yes, he was an asshole to Haru, but only because he knows Haru is capable and wants to have him as his underlings. It’s expected that as yakuza they don’t let people “leave” that easily. He didn’t force Yukitaka either. That guy didn’t expect that Yuki would side with him in exchange for Haru’s freedom.
I mean, he didn't co-sign the loan with his Dad, so isn't technically illegal to harass him for the money? He could have just refused to pay and then called the police on the guy if he didn't leave. He had some savings and it just part time at a convenient store, so in the long run having to find a new job because the loan shark harasses his current one will still be cheaper than having to pay back all that money.

Well, actually several in fact, but one in particular. In Waki's arc why on earth did the village men try to rape Uta (Rikiichi's sister) knowing how powerful they both are? I mean even if they managed to succeed at the time, they would still be dead men. They knew what Rikiichi was capable of and still pulled that? They needed to be killed for stupidity alone.
It's a really good story, it's sweet and I enjoyed it, but it's more Shounen Ai than yaoi.
I was saying the exact same thing. This leans heavily on the shounen ai side of things, but such a beautiful story.
