trying to find similar manga

I think MC was an orphan (or related to adoptive family) and this family had a son too. This son did mean things to MC and manipulated his father to believe that MC was bullying him. Hit me with anything like this. It was BL and I think this was something that happened in the past so I want to know he found the love he needed as an adult.
