Look, I don't think you can blame yeonjun for all of that, donggu himself didn't give any explanation about it thats why yeonjun was acting rashly. This isn't really that far from the usual plots where one of the characters had doubted the other. Yeonjun went back to the other guy because in his perspective what the provocator said was somehow "confirmed" by donggu's actions, this does not necessarily mean that he's going back to his slut habits. And from what I saw I think he took the medicine and drank it because he was insecure.
And to those of you who had commented that the doctor is way better than yeonjun, personally I don't think so, rather I feel that he prioritized his own feelings than the sense of professionalism, as what donggu said, the other guy was already in a critical state. Logically a good doctor would prioritize them and do what they can to save them first. Instead he was trying to give donggu the cure even though he already said that it should be given to the other guy first. Feelings should not be considered as a valid reason especially for this case.
If you want to point your fingers at someone blame the bitch who wanted to get yeonjun. Re read the previous chapters, he said to yeonjun that donggu "took" the cure, when he was the one who made semer give it back to donggu.
