Chap 26 reminded me of my pet cat... He's a pure white cat with different colored eyes (one blue and one orange) and I named him Blacky lol. I picked him up when he was still a little kitten and he grew up with me. I rly adored him so it rly broke my heart when he got rly sick and he went to pet heaven. ( T﹏T ) I cried like a baby in the vet until I got home. I miss him. ( T﹏T )
Oh ikr. My cat just died 2 months ago and I'm still dealing with the immense amount of grief. The fact that they showed her just breaking down crying actually made me tear up myself. The characters in this manga are actually very well done imo

I certainly hope she's in a better place! She was 18 years old and was my very first pet when I turned 10 so I think she lived a great life. I'm still broken up over her death and thinking I did the wrong thing... I tried to do everything I could to keep her alive and I think that might have made her suffer a bit more. We decided to have surgery to have a feeding tube installed, and the doctor told us it should give us at least a month for her to live as long as we kept her fed and watered since her original problem, an infection, was now cured.
But she didn't last more than 3 days after the procedure. Even the vet was broken up over this because he thought it would give her much more time. I still remember when I found her dead on the couch and I just couldn't process it for a minute before breaking down and crying for what seemed like an eternity. God damnit...
At first, Leon saying that was kinda cool and somehow sends off a "feel" for the readers, but then he goes and say it every time, it became lame already.
But I don't think I got any hate for him atm. I have trust in Aoi and Shuu... And somehow, a part of me just thinks Leon will figure out he's one of the "good guys" he just said he wasn't.
