Myreadingmanga (pretty frequent), mangafox (been a long time since I use it), mangahere (been a long time too).
I use MangaPark, definitely recommend. They have a good advanced search for specific things you like in a series. From star rating to chapter count.
Oh, also, if you're like me there is an option for loading 1,3,6,10 and all pages so you can scroll instead of clicking if you want.
Follow some of the decent scan groups, and go to their pages.

Thank you! :) I also follow certain scan groups, but I like using mangago, etc. to learn when they update, and then go on their page since it's easier for me that way~
Hello! I wanted to change my e-mail associated with my mangago account since its an email i made when I was like 9 lol anddd I can't even log onto that account anymore b/c i forgot the pw. Is it possible to change it???
I don’t know if you can change it, but I do know that you can make a new acc with made up E-mail and Password. I just tried it and it worked. Maybe you can try that.

This might seem like a bugger for you, but this also happened to me. I did find a solutions to getting the mangas I’ve read. I actually listed all the mangas/manhwas/dj’s that I’ve read on my notepad XDD Then I created my new account and just searched all the mangas I’ve read since I have them on my notepad. ;)) It took a while since I’ve read TONS, but it worked. So, I’ve had this account for a long time after losing my old one ;(( I hope this helps too.

Hi guys! I need some help finding this manga I read (BUT DIDN'T BOOKMARK D:). The main character falls from the sky/edge/or something and lands on top of a roof next to a deaf student who's eating his lunch. The deaf student needs help taking notes, so the mc takes notes in his classes for him in exchange for lunch everyday. The deaf student eventually falls in love with him, so he ends their deal. it's a manga that gave me sweet heart trigger vibes (I think). I think the Uke has dark hair and has bouts of depression. Even though it seems like him and the Seme don't get a long, they care about each other a lot. The only scene I remember is when the Uke was v depressed and didn't want to talk, so the Seme just bathed him without talking very much and just made sure he was okay. I know this is pretty vague tho, but thank you in advance!
