Probably because of the way the panels are split up. Idk
the person must be apologizing for the pages being cut out short and/or for the translations being bad ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
I see that this "I am sorry" is also in the mangarock version that is not cut up. I think it is acknowlegement that the translation is not good but it is the best they can offer.
