I guess what Robben said about the word Twins means that Cicero must have a twin brother and from the looks of it, Cicero has the same face of one the officers who were handling Kister's case, the one who is blond and uses glasses too... Maybe that's how Cicero gets away and set up Kister all the time... everything makes sense I guess. I mean from the looks of it, Kister is smart enough not to do any killings unless it's revenge or self-defense... Just thinking all of this makes my Head hurts... and I wish that Jonathan would believe Kister that his was not the one who killed/hurt Baron arghhhh #－.－)

Cicero is the cop, he was pretending to be a student at Johnathan's school and dating Jerome to get closer to Johnathan (though idk if his feelings were true or not but he's still a dick) and the "twin" mentioned in Baron's notebook was referring to Kister, so in Baron's eyes, it's not "Cicero" that has a twin (cause Baron has no idea who he is at this point), but Kister -- and that twin happens to be Cicero on the police force
