1. Yes he hates Liam before the incident but that was due to trauma, is it okay? No. But after that he only wanted to sentence him to death BECAUSE he was framed for attempting to poison him. 2. Yes it does make him innocent I'm THIS life because it never happened for him. It's not in this reality. She's completely valid for feeling resentful due to her past life but in this life he NEVER sentenced them to death and due to the FL's encouragement he's making an active decision to change. How is he supposed to apologize if he physically is not able to remember? If anything the FL HAS to tell them about their past life for that to happen.
