I don't know why but I decided I wanted to have a glow up honestly I've been wanting to do this for a bit now but I've always been to lazy but idk maybe it's because someone said something to me a few days ago that kinda hurt me that I finally feel like doing it fr now and I was thinking of doing updates on my progress and how I'm doing with it every week on here to motivate me to keep doing it and I want to know if you guys have any tips for me? Btw I'm not trying to lose weight or anything just trying to tone so if you're have any toneing videos please do recommend them to me :)
