This really should be shoujo ai. I get that the MC has the excuse "he's only into girls because she used to be a he" but all the other characters are lesbians (except darling Zeno of course).
I can only assume that the target audience is male since the author did everything to make sure it isn't Yuri. As fluffy as the characters are, I just don't get that warm soul nourishment vibe found in Yuri.

For anyone who really dislikes the ML after the latest chapter, please know that there were details in the novel that made him seem like a much more rational person. The manga does make him look like scum quite a bit.
It's also important to note that the only reason the FL didn't want to marry the ML has already been solved. Everything else is flirting and excuses from here on.
Thanks! I was absolutely horrified at the ML when I first read this (and thought others might be too). I bumped into the novel only to discover how much better it was. Like, PHENOMENALLY BETTER! I think once it gets past the setup and gets rolling the good stuff from the novel will shine, they just cut some of the filler (that explains that he's desperate, not a total jackass)
So this manga is supposed to be a blend of shoujo and yaoi. A girl that loves BL and finds her own love along the way.
It's a great concept but somehow it has the absolute worst qualities of both genres. Super cringe-y gender roles power play and a ML seme character that B-lines it straight for rape. I'm glad he reins it in a bit, but still.
AND: If she knows taijutsu (she forgets it conveniently) there should be at least two sets of crushed testes so far in this manga. There better not be a "strong female lead" tad because I don't see one
(or just needs to read something else)

The light hearted yaois are my favorite, and that includes some with darker themes, but I think they went too far with this one. No matter how "funny" they try to be about it it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Human sex trafficking just isn't some thing to joke about to me.
