I don't mind a little yandere action, but as soon as you bring in double standards of one person gets to sleep around while being obsessive that the other party has to be a chaste virgin, then I'm out.
I've had this on my reading list forever but the longer it goes on the less I like it. It went from a self confident gay guy helping a super closeted guy out of the closet to a manipulative psycho trying to "own" an insecure emotional abuse victim with a door mat personality.
I know the author isn't known for writing about the most healthy or realistic relationsips, but at this point I just want the series to be about Tomiko and Kawa.
Honestly, it was bad from the start. Several people conspired to manipulate him into having sex with a guy despite knowing he was uncomfortable with it.
Any yaoi, especially the stuff from more than 5 years ago is sketchy. It's just a fact that you have to relax your standards a bit for reasonable and responsible behavior. Still, this is just a bit too far for me. And you're right, it has been from the beginning

3. I like the addition of Wistrash to the story simply because in other stories like this the FL ends up back with the pos instead of an actual prince charming so I'm on board with him, as long as he dies a lonely old hag.

This has major problems, from a writing standpoint.This manga has porn-like logic, but to slap a sickly sweet ending on it feels so wrong.
This may sound weird to most since the ending is the only thing that makes this worth reading, but if an author is going to create a world where students are prostituted and enslaved and not resolve any of the actual problems, then what is the point of it? The characters kiss and made up, but it's not like they have any chance to be happy. The Alpha's family is just going to manipulate him and treat him like livestock. The Omega victim will never escape his abuser since that other guy is an in-law of his now.
Bottom-line: making a neat happy ending at the end of this cheapens all the suffering the characters went through. It just feels disjointed and out of place.
I read a lot of stories in this genre so I had high hopes but I'm sorry to say they were dashed. The art is beautiful, but it is nothing but a cheap dog blood drama. If you're into constant drama without reprieve then this is for you. The characters are one note and lack subtlety, frankly not a single one of them has any depth.
I think this comment section needs to review the difference between a sadist and a rapist. There are some important distinctions between them.
