Uhm. How is it possible to not have a single friend? Is that normal? I have friends who read yaoi and BL. What's more the degree of our familiarity and friendships will depend on the individual. My shady friends who like to do shady things hate it sm when the rest of us urge them to support their fav yaoi (BL) artists on official websites or......
That embezzlement arc was the perfect opportunity to actually develop his character and make him stand up for himself. Refuse Jooyoung and make him fight against him. That would have been perfect. In the end, he had to be rescued by Jooin to free himself from Jooyoung's clutches. I really don't think that did justice to Yegyeom as a character.
The author really tried hard to humanize Jooyoung, but he was just way too much of a dipshit for me to care about him. It's also frustrating how he never got ANY comeuppance for his actions. He gets to be the CEO as he always wanted and he lets go of Yegyeom because he no longer needs a punching bag to release his anger. He can also get himself out of the forced arranged marriage and be free.
He got the best of everything. He forced himself onto Yegyeom (Yegyeom did not consent, which means he was very much raped by Jooyoung) abused him and brutalized him until he no longer needed him. Seriously, wtf? This started out SO good but now I feel like my time was wasted. Also, who the fuck cares if Jooyoung is a bottom or a top? He is a god damn rapist. People are seriously focusing on the wrong part here. I could not care less if he is a bottom or a top, he can fuck his rapist ass right off.
