As a sum up: pilwon most likely died. I say most likely because it's rumoured he didn't, but it's implied he died, we say it happen, just not the body. In the process that lead to his death he was exposed by dooshik to the world. What lead to his death also lead to Joha's memory loss (to everybody's bliss.) his memory went back to when he first opened the restaurant with his mom and right when he bumped into pilwon for the first time, but he doesn't remember anything bad, his name or even his face.
We were all happy, joha and dooshik were living together, they opened a restaurant...no relationship yet, tho. Dooshik took the slow approach, giving him space and being friends.
Side story came in and fucked it all up. Suddenly joha is getting horny about dooshik, which is fine, but when they actually get to do it dooshik simply takes joha his way, without asking for permission or being gentle or respecting his boundaries...in joha's mind it's his first time, he's scared and confused, wanting to take things slow, but dooshik just keeps going despite John's complaints, cries and pushes. Joha cries and begs dooshik to stop multiple times while crying and he doesn't. In fact, he keeps going until joha passes out AND KEEPS GOING while he is PASSED OUT, and he knows he is passed out.
I have a feeling the author is going to pin this on the little fever dooshik was having, but nonetheless, John's memories are back now. After passing out and getting r@ped by his lover, he dreams of his meeting with pilwon, but with Dooshik's face. Then, dooshik shows up saying that's not him, and each of them pull on an arm of joha and he remembers everything again:)
