    Basically, Lombardi is the capital's blood. Trade and commerce is mostly in their hands. People, specially the nobles basically can't function without them. (Their life businesses has something to do with at least one Lombardi trade) now imagine if this huge company suddenly stopped doing business in the capital (as ordered by this dumb emperor). Ohhh I'm so excited.
