Its in this apocalypse setting and the country is split into zones, with the center circleish one being the safe zone the mc is trying to get to.
I think the mc was a researcher at a lab with the ml before he left the lab. Anyways, the ml was affected by this virus and I think it made his veins look all funky (like purple and stuff) and I think he slept with the mc in the side stories to manage the virus.
It know it's completed and I'm also pretty sure the ml's dad had something to do with the ml's virus.
