mc's ex and boss may seem like assholes now, but trust me when i say there were multiple moments where i bawled my eyes out at 1 am reading the novels. ex is a victim of this terrible tragedy, and despite his choices that ended up hurting joyoon and also himself, i ended up feeling really bad for him. while mr. boss over here, shin gweonju, oh my god his story perfectly paints how the right love can change someone for the better. at the end of the novel, all my anger and grief and frustration simply dimmed, and now all i ever wish is for each of these men to find happiness in their respective paths of life

on a more serious note, dear women, check your own breasts at least once a month for any suspicious lump (you can find how in the internet) especially if you have a family history of breast cancer. i accidentally found a lump on my left while washing and got a surgery in 2 weeks time (it was a benign tumour thankfully). breast cancer is the most common cancer in women but it makes a world of difference if detected early. take care of yourself!

it's really funny seeing the difference between the english and korean readers. the english readers are mostly cursing taejung while the korean readers are either "shin gweonju is hella sexy" or "why is this not rated 19 "

dear uploader, i appreciate your effort for translating, it must've been difficult. i was really excited when i saw a notification that hebang updated!

however, ways of parting is a very delicate manhwa where the story revolves around the characters' feelings, therefore making their dialogues very important to convey their thoughts. google translate so often can't translate slang language well, thus mistranslating it. i noticed you mistranslated some stuff and it could change the flow of the story as what the author intended :( tenshi no akuma scanlation group is currently working on this title, so if you'd like to help, they're actually opening a recruitment right now!

anyway, some important bits that i think made more sense:
- page 8, taejung said, "i did a lot of wrong to him [yeongwoo]. he's been through a lot of hardships because of me."
- page 9, taejung said, "you and i have been away for too long to only act according to our emotions. too much time has passed."
- page 15, yoonie said, "i won't do anything you hate anymore. i don't even go to dangerous places and i'm currently trying to be positioned in korea..."
- page 27, yoonie said, "if it's not about feelings, then does that mean there's still feelings left?" (context: taejung said he doesn't have the confidence to wait for yoonie anymore, the problem is not about their feelings for each other, implying taejung might still love yoonie but isn't willing to continue their relationship because he doesn't want to be hurt again in case yoonie leaves him again)
