Wow this has been the worst mission of the whole story hands down, the only one I didn't like really. Not only did it drag on, but there was literally 0 chemistry? Felt rushed af. And I get he was synched with Hufno's feelings, but wasn't it only like, 30% or something (I don't really remember)? Man seriously claiming to fall head over heels for a woman in one singular month, and he's punching the ground n shit out of anger. That's not love my brother, that's deranged obsession.
And that's not even all! All this for Sapiel, such a bland character who gives you a headache. Her whole thing was that she was pretty and had no backbone, not my cup of tea but cool. Something goes bad for her due to her own lack of skill/personality, and she takes that out by...beating up and trying to kill her kitchen staff? Idk where he got kind from, she's kind as long as things are going her way. This lady sucks balls, pink haired half elf all the way.

I thank god that at the very least they're both adults. I was worried af when the very first word was "grooming". Still a super sad and, though exaggerated, very real concept, will need to let the chapters build up before I can stomach reading it without getting mad at the abuse. See y'all on the other side

I'd love for her to join the main party, but I think it was implied that she wasn't trained because she was only meant to be married off? Hoping to god she was training in secret or something, would love to see the family grow
It's actually quite complicated. I've read up until 1600+ chapters in the novel and there are chapter where they emphasized that Soso was a beginner before joining Mount Hua, but there are times where she throws daggers when training so I guess she knows a little bit but was not professionally trained or something?
She does join the main party. She’s more skilled in the medical field but I guess she learned some tang dagger techniques bc she sometimes uses it as a last resort. But overall, she’ll be learning in the hua sect as a beginner.
