See when I was thinking about it I was like I feel so bad for him but this is hilarious omg Hahahahahahaha, you see the best way to react in this kind of situation is the same as when one of your friends falls and busts their ass or something along those lines. I have to be honest I did not at all see or even sense that twist with Carl coming and I kinda wish it hadn't, like it really could have just NOT come and we would have been just fine. I will give the author props for that twist though. For the first time in a long long time I actually got caught entirely off guard by a plot twist. I'm very pleasantly surprised by it, the element it adds seems really interesting and it makes me feel really intrigued like I want to know more, I want to dig even deeper, it makes me want to read more into the story. (=・ω・=)

So rather than Hayan being a trap I think her not getting periods is because her body can't handle giving up blood every month for a week, as we saw in previous chapters they don't get much of any food at all. Remember Hayan has been stuck their for much longer than Jinyoo and we don't what Gyuh- Wool feed her or if she even got regular meals. So Hayan not getting her period is probably because her body lacks substance. If gradually you start eating less and less until you're eating next to nothing you'll stop getting periods because you're body can no longer produce enough blood for you to get a period. So yeah, and I do think Hayan is a trap just not the gender kind.
